Real support for real life.
I'm Madeleine — personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and life coach. I work with people navigating accepting their bodies, facing real problems, and moving through major life transitions. This isn't a crash diet, toxic positivity, or a one-size-fits-all approach.
Counselor-trained. Coach-focused.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor — and that background shapes everything about how I show up as a coach. I understand the emotional patterns behind habits, the identity shifts that make change hard, and the way the body and mind are connected in ways most wellness advice ignores.
But what I offer here is coaching. It's forward-focused, goal-oriented, and action-based. I'm not here to process your past — I'm here to help you build the future you actually want, with real support along the way.
I'm also a NASM-certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, so when the conversation turns to your body, your movement habits, or your physical wellness — I meet you there with genuine expertise.
- Forward-focused — where you want to go, not where you've been
- Goal-oriented with real structure and accountability
- Warm, direct, and completely honest
- Informed by deep knowledge of behavior, habit, and wellness
- Adapted to you — your goals, your pace, your life
"I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to help you get somewhere."
Areas of focus.
Every client is different. These are the themes that come up most often.
Moving through major change.
New diagnosis, new city, new relationship status, career pivot, loss — big transitions shake up your sense of who you are and what's next. We build clarity and momentum when everything feels uncertain.
Accepting and working with the body you have.
Whether you're navigating a chronic condition, a surgical history, or just a complicated relationship with your body — this is a space to work through it without judgment. I know this terrain personally.
Getting out from under the noise.
A lot of people come to me because they want to feel good in their body but can't separate their actual values from the pressure they've absorbed. We untangle that — slowly, honestly, for real.
Building something that actually holds.
Movement, sleep, nutrition, recovery — not as a rigid protocol, but as a life you can maintain without punishing yourself. Sustainable beats dramatic, every single time.
Working through what's in the way.
The stories we tell ourselves about what we're capable of, what we deserve, and whether change is even possible — these are usually the actual problem. We get specific and work through them.
From intention to follow-through.
Someone who holds you to what you said you wanted, helps you problem-solve when it falls apart, and genuinely celebrates when it works. That's the job.
Education-forward. Warm. Direct.
My background in counseling means I understand human behavior at a depth that most wellness coaches don't — what makes habits stick, why change is hard even when you genuinely want it, and how your relationship with your body shapes everything else.
I've also navigated a major health condition myself — I've had a T3–L4 spinal fusion since 2012. That means when clients come to me dealing with a diagnosis, a changed body, or a life that looks completely different than expected, I'm not working from a textbook. I've been in it.
I'm warm and I'm honest. I'll celebrate your wins and I'll tell you when you're getting in your own way. No toxic positivity, no generic advice, no one-size-fits-all plans. Just real conversation and a path forward that's actually yours.
"The work that lasts is slow, honest, and consistent. I'm here for the long game."

What to expect.
Intro call (free, 20 min)
We talk about what's bringing you to coaching, what you're hoping to get out of it, and whether we're a good fit. No pressure, no pitch.
Goal setting + intake
In our first full session, we get specific about what you want, what's been in the way, and what success actually looks like for you.
Regular sessions
Bi-weekly or weekly coaching sessions, depending on what you need. Between sessions, you have access to me for check-ins and accountability.
Ongoing adjustment
Life changes. The plan changes with it. We review and recalibrate regularly so coaching stays relevant to where you actually are.
Common questions.
Structure, expertise, and accountability. A good friend listens and cares. A coach listens, asks the right questions, holds you to what you said you wanted, and brings genuine knowledge of behavior change, wellness, and mindset. There's also something clarifying about a dedicated space that's entirely about your growth — you don't have to manage the relationship or reciprocate.
All coaching sessions are conducted virtually, so I work with clients across the country. Location is not a barrier.
It depends on your goals. Some clients work with me for 3 months to nail a specific habit or transition. Others stay longer because the work keeps evolving. We'll figure out what makes sense for you during our intro call.
I offer several options based on session frequency and duration. Reach out through the contact form and I'll share current pricing and availability.
Not at all. A lot of my coaching clients come to me specifically because they've tried the conventional wellness playbook and it hasn't worked. You don't need to already have a gym routine or a green smoothie habit. You just need to be ready to be honest about where you are and curious about where you could go.
Clarity starts with one honest conversation.
Reach out and tell me what's going on. Intro calls are free and low-key — just a chance to see if this is the right fit.
